Meet our team

The team behind AYC brings together a love of music, a wealth of professional experience and a shared belief in what young people can achieve.

We believe classical choral music is exciting, inspiring and deeply rewarding, and that with the right training, encouragement and support, young singers can develop real musical skills while discovering the joy of making extraordinary music together.

 Cally Youdell

Artistic Director & Vocal Coach

Cally is a professional soprano, vocal coach and yoga teacher whose career has spanned performance and education in both the UK and Europe.

Having discovered her own love of singing through choirs as a child, she founded AYC to create the kind of musical opportunities that inspire young people to grow in confidence, develop strong musicianship and experience the unique thrill of singing ambitious and beautiful music as part of a choir.
